It’s great on its own but my favorite recipe is as a mock pina colada! Spinach, pineapple, water or a little milk, berries optional and you won’t be disappointed!

Best protein powder available. Organic and grass fed cows for high quality protein. Plus, the flavors are great. I’ve only tried coconut and vanilla – both are awesome. The beauty of those two flavors is they are a great base for use with any fruit in making a protein shake. Also, these dissolve well in water – just shake well. Flavor is great and only a very little bit of graininess – perfect if you’re cutting out dairy. SFH protein powders are the only protein powders that my wife and I can both agree on.

This products really is the best for me. Quality ingredients and mixes well regardless of using cold or hot liquid. When my last supply of SFH Whey Protein Powder was exhausted, I thought it was a good time to try other like products. Boy, that was a expensive experiment. Have opened, full bags in Keto cupboard I’ll not use, as I have turned back to SFH product and forgotten all the rest.I doubt you will be disappointed if you give SFH Whey Protein a try.

I’ve purchased protein and other products from SFH for years. I’ve never had the coconut flavor. Anyways, upon opening, I noticed a strong ammonia smell. It has somewhat dissipated, but it still smells a little off every time I open the pouch.There’s no strange taste, in fact, it tastes better than I expected. But this weird smell is giving me concerns.

I’m 26 weeks pregnant and tested to be low in glutathione levels. I wasn’t comfortable taking it directly bc i didn’t want the detoxing effects so took this whey protein to help boost my levels. Even after the first day, I noticed a huge difference in how i felt. My fav whey protein for sure. So happy I found it. I prescribed it for a pregnant patient of mine today (I’m a naturopathic doctor) who needs to get more protein. Love it!

I like the SFH Whey protein because the ingredients are all natural, and I don’t feel bloated after drinking it. I have used the vanilla for several years, and needed a changes, so I bought the Strawberry. The flavor is great, and the product did not disappoint. I only ever mix it with water, and I am fussy when it comes to finding a protein shake I can drink. I highly recommend this product.

I bought this to take on a trip, wanting to have an easy protein option while traveling. I usually use Naked Whey but it was out of stock. I found that this did not dissolve in a shaker bottle. The taste was fine. I will definitely use it at home with a blender, but this might not be the best for on-the-go unless you have a really good shaker or portable blender.

Bulk protein powder is whey isolate(which I wanted) but received protein travel packs from same vendor (SFH) that contained Whey concentrate (extra lactose content, fat etc). I may have missed difference when looking at different packaging options but will not take a return or refund despite not opening box packaging.
