I’ve been using this MCT oil in my morning coffee for a couple of months. It’s great quality, has a very neutral flavor, and has just the things you want in an MCT product, without anything else added. This MCT has just Caprylic and Capric acids (no Lauric acid), from 100% organic coconuts. I’m hoping that it does what the research says, helping brain function. I’m on decaf coffee due to hot-flashes, so this gives a little calorie boost in the morning since I can’t rely on caffeine to ramp up my morning brain, and I often just have coffee first thing without eating a meal right away in the morning.

That’s Just,like, my opinion, man –
I have heard about the benefits of Mct oil for several year now. I tried another brand and I just couldn’t tolerate it consistently. I tried taking 1/2 tb for 2 weeks and moving up to 1 tb mixed in my coffee. Some days I would feel fine, while most days it left me feeling nauseous or with bad stomach pains or other gastrointestinal issues. Didn’t matter if I took it with or without food. What made it more frustrating is that the oil worked. It did satiate my hunger and it made me feel fuller faster when I ate.I was disappointed thinking I just couldn’t tolerate mct oil. Then I read an article stating different brands use different quality processing for their mct and I saw this Garden Of Life brand. I use GOL probiotics and knew they had a solid reputation for good quality products so I took a chance. I’m so glad I did as this has been such a different experience.Not only have I been able to tolerate this much better, it works as all the claims said it would. I get fuller quicker, my appetite is surpressed and my weight has decreased. In roughly 3 mos I have lost 10 lbs. I will get an occasional stomach discomfort but the symptoms are very mild and don’t last long when they do occur. Nothing that would out weigh the benefits.As far as the taste, I read other reviews where some people said it has a coconut taste while others said no taste. That didn’t make sense until I tried it myself. It’s very odd in that some days I don’t notice any taste while other days I taste a hint of coconut. It’s so faint that it doesn’t ruin or alter anything that I put it in. I definitely will be ordering this again.

This is a great organic coconut oil. I use it for baking, instead of using vegetable oil. I refuse to use vegetable oil in anything! It’s not hydrogenated and great for you. I also use this when making capsules with my essential oils, as a dilutant. It has not taste and works awesome in all my baking recipes.Highly recommend.

I recently tried the Garden of Life Dr. Formulated Brain Health 100% Organic Coconut MCT Oil and I must say, I’m impressed. The thing I liked most about this product is that it contains no filler oils. It’s always a relief to find a product that is pure and doesn’t have any unnecessary ingredients. However, the flavor could definitely be improved. It’s not terrible, but it could use a little something extra to make it more enjoyable. On the bright side, there is no bad taste and it provides great energy. Overall, the Garden of Life MCT Oil is a fantastic option for those looking for a clean and effective fuel for their body and brain. I highly recommend giving it a try!

Like the product but there is definitely a problem with the design of the pouring spout, oily mess all of the time. I don’t want to transfer the liquid into another container. I’ll probably change back to Natures Way. I purchased this because I like the products they offer but the mess it creates is definitely a little problem for me. Improve the pouring issue and I’ll buy it again.
