VLBM –
I am a twenty-five year chai tea lover, always on the look out for good chai tea. The Frontier Co-op Organic Chai Tea is excellent and the spices are fresh and strong. My go-to method of tea-making is to make a teapot of very dark tea, packing a large filter with as many tea leaves and spices as I can or using a variety of up to sixteen chai/spice tea bags. Then I make five to seven cups of tea using 1/4 cup of what I made in the teapot, and top off the cup with boiling water. The Frontier Co-op Organic Chai Tea is strong enough after steeping to make seven cups of very dark, spicy, and delicious tea. Depending on personal choice of strength, a person who likes weaker tea would be able to enjoy this tea for a longer time than me, but both of us would be equally pleased with this chai.

I love this tea; it’s the best tasting chai I found. It’s fresh and smells wonderful and tasty even better. Being as it’s organic it’s a great buy for the cost.I’m in

We love this chai tea, an affordable alternative to individual bags and the flavor is much more pronounced. I love the peppery finish!
Beth Lovato –
Many years back Starbuck stopped selling the Mexican mocha or spicy mocha off store shelf. I add this tea and it gets pretty darn close. I use decaffeinated coffee. Tastes yummy!
Amazon Customer –
This Chai Tea claims that has cardamom and I did see nor taste any. The tea is little spicy.
Multitasker –
I like this chai. I prefer more potent, but it’s a perfectly fine, off-the-shelf chai far better than many I’ve had. The particle sizes are within a very manageable range allowing for any ordinary tea-making solution to work, or to stew and strain. If it’s missing something you want, you can always add it the other ingredients; which means it’s an excellent base chai mix. Mind you the tea is already included, so you can’t really use this chai mix as a quick starting place for cooking, unless you want the tea flavor, which you usually don’t. Although I’ll probably make a batch of my own chai each year as cold and flu season approaches, I’ll probably continue to keep on hand Frontier Co-op’s chai as a staple.
Diane Barnum –
I had to learn to drink green tea and like it. The one I chose was this one because Amazon recommended it. It tastes good. I put it in a fine strainer, because the non-fine strainers let all the dregs land in the bottom of the cup. I will continue to purchase this tea.
Betsy –
This product is clearly made with dust & fannings, which are the lowest 2 tea grades. Dust & fannings are what is left on the table after the tea leaves have been removed. They go easily through most mesh strainers. The flavor reflects the grade. It is laughable to say this tea is made with tea leaves. I bought and tossed the bag after seeing & tasing this tea. It is inedible.

Love making my own chai tea versions. Today no chocolate, just chai, milk and maple sugar. My mouth says thank you…

I’m surprised by how many people said their chai was too fine (and more surprised that anyone said too spicy). My chai looks just like the picture every time I get a bag (several people said theirs didn’t), and my wire mesh strainer works great. [I suppose it’s finer than some?] I add more of my own fresh ground spices with every batch I steep. I add more ginger (from cut and sifted, then ground a bit at home), cardamom (from recently ground at home seeds), plus cinnamon, nutmeg, and fennel also similarly prepared at home. I am careful adding only a teeny tiny bit more clove.
