How it works
Liposomes are microscopic sized spherical sac or sphere of phospholipid molecules enclosing a nutrient, such as our Vitamin C or Glutathione. Enclosing the vitamin in a liposome allows the Vitamin to pass through the stomach acids and bile salts in the digestive (GI) tract and into the bloodstream without causing stomach or intestinal distress.

I’ve been using this product for some time and have really liked it. The product itself is high quality and I like that it is liposomal, so more bioavailable than other supplements. On my last order, there was an issue with the product after having ordered it from Amazon. I tried submitting a review here but it gave me a number to call at Vida Lifescience. I left a voice message and they promptly returned the call. I’m going to say this…I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such good customer service from a company before, possibly in my life. I reordered from their webpage and they threw in a couple goodies for the hassle and I got a hand-written note from Gavin. I’m super-impressed and will not only continue to purchase this product, I may look into others they offer as well and will recommend them to others. Great product, great customer care. And they’re located in CA, so it’s nice knowing you’re not purchasing something that’s coming from across the globe that may have questionable practices or quality control.

I’m sorry to say, it tastes awful. Something that tastes that bad has to be really really good. LOL! It burned the back of my throat along with tasting awful. I will see if I can purchase it in pill form!

I have taken NMN (nicatinomide mononucleotide) and wanted to try NAD (nicotinide adenine dinucleotide). This liposomal supplement that combines NAD with resveratrol seemed like the perfect combination. One’s cells should rapidly absorb both since they are in liposomal suspension.What I’m doing to try to unscientifically experiment is use NMN one day and this NAD supplement the next day first thing in the morning. They both convert nutrients in your food into a form of energy your cells can use. Both of the supplements I am taking are liposomal, so absorption should be equal.How will I know the results? It is subjective at best. I am particularly interested in a study published by journal Cell Reports showing that protein aggregates (amyloid) could be blocked by boosting the levels of NAD+, a bio molecule that is also essential for maintaining mitochondrial function.You see recently it was discovered that Alzheimer’s-like protein aggregates (amyloid) underlie the muscle deterioration commonly seen in aging and that NAD+ is essential for combating this condition.I fear the only way to know for sure is autopsy and a study of my body under a microscope and I won’t be reporting the results at that point. I will settle for a subjective report.Meanwhile, this NAD is easy to take. It’s taste isn’t wonderful but it’s not horrible. It is expensive but NAD is known to be expensive that’s why most people take NMN. It’s manufactured in Canada. It’s only five calories a serving and stevia sweetened.

A little tough to swallow. Consistency is thick/snotty, flavor is good but has a medicinal tinge. For the price I’d rather just go with a capsule. Not terrible but at this price point I expected to love it.

This is a little odd to drink straight, but very do-able.They call this fruit flavor but it doesn’t taste fruity to me.Can’t put my finger on the flavor but a slightly nutty aftertaste.This is a thickened liquid that’s said it’s best results are on an empty stomachand it IS better when drank cold. I am 51 years old and try to eat fairly healthy. When this product came along I thought I’d give it a try. To be honest I have never even really heard of products along this line nor did I know that I needed to be taking such a product. Still not sure. This is a very thick almost pudding like consistency which is not the best tasting but very doable. I recommend taking it cold which after you open it you’re supposed to refrigerate it anyhow. I guess you could mix it with water if you wanted but personally I just took it straight as recommended. I just finished the bottle yesterday after taking it for a month. I did not notice any negative side effects but at the same time did not notice any improvement in my health Overall either. This is really a hard one to write a review on as to if there’s any health benefits or not. I guess I will just have to take their word on this one. However the high price tag on this one will keep me from buying it again to try it any further for any long term use benefits.

This is manufactured by a company in CanadaBest refrigerated.There is a bitter “sulfur” taste … I really wish that I knew what the “fruit flavors” were … I’m allergic to several fruits and need to avoid common fruits like pineapple and peaches and coconut. But they don’t declare their flavor additions.Will it work? I don’t know yet .. but it isn’t hurting me.I had a stroke several years ago, and I’m hoping this will help strengthen my cell structure from that and my more inactive lifestyle post Covid.The first taste is fruity … rather like fruit punch.16 oz is smaller than a standard water bottle. 32 servings at $2.03 each.This one adds Vit D and Resveratrol for added benefits.
