Organo Gold’s Compensation plan is one of the most generous and equitable in direct sales. Distributors can receive payments in seven different ways – such as retail sales commissions and recruiting new team members – with weekly trainings and events provided to help build their business.

The Court has considered Plaintiff’s Motion and briefs submitted by both sides in this matter, and has determined that oral arguments will not assist with its determination. As such, oral arguments will not be heard and this matter will be decided based on written submissions made by both sides.

On March 19th 2015, Marlin Johnson filed a personal injury action against defendants in New Castle County of the Superior Court of Delaware alleging liability for his personal injuries as a result of drinking beverages containing Ganoderma Lucidum fungi.

Responding, the defendants removed the case to the United States District Court for the District of Delaware in March 2013. By September 2013, both parties reached an agreement regarding a Promotion Agreement; according to this contract, Norman must make himself available for promotional appearances at an agreed upon frequency in exchange for service fees being paid by defendants.
