Reishi mushroom mycelium powder and fruiting body powder. Other ingredients: myceliated brown rice. Mycelia are the vegetative part of a fungus, consisting of a network of fine white filaments. Brown rice is the growing medium, rather than sawdust or manure. The rice is consumed by the mycelia. It is not a filler. This is full disclosure regarding the ingredients. Ganoderma Lucidum is the Botanical name. Ling Zhi is the Pin Yin Name.
Directions
Suggested Use: Take 1 tsp twice daily (can be mixed with water, juice or food) (There is no need to heat or boil this product.
