I enjoyed the taste. I didn’t mix it like instructed. I just added a bit of honey and hot water. It’s perfect for me. I felt a difference within 30 minutes of sipping on it. I will say I am sick right now and it helped soothe my throat but that could’ve also been the hot water. I’ll do an update in 20 days so I can really see if it works.

I personally didn’t like the flavor and no matter how I mix it , it’s still had clumps, too pricy for that little bag. But that’s my opinion.
