I have used quite a few enzyme products to enhance digestion and this works the best for me. One of the great things about this product is that it makes the use of products like Beano unnecessary. I routinely take one Gastro capsule with each meal.

Being the kind of person who gets all kinds of digestive upsets from all kinds of different foods, I am quite familiar with digestive aids to help me stay comfortable and to spare those around me. I like that this one also has lactase so I don’t have to take a separate dairy digestive aid. If I take one of these with every meal, particularly those with lots of veggies, I don’t have the bloating and gas I would get otherwise. It makes eating meals so much more enjoyable knowing that it won’t end with me hurting or staying up all night because of an upset stomach. My only complaint is the price. It costs far too much for anybody who would need to eat these with every meal like I do. At three a day (minimum) you’re talking $35 for a 20-day supply. The quality is there, but I have a hard time swallowing that price.

I’ve taken these three times and it seems that they work at first, but later in the day I get a really bad stomach ache. I’m going to stop taking them for a while and see what happens.
