I use to take these supplements years ago and felt really great … I stopped and now I rediscovered on a ad that I had found on facebook… so I ordered and have been on this for 4 weeks and will say… it gives me mobility for working out and I dont feel as stiff with my muscles .. I had tendonitis in my shoulder for 5 months and wouldnt go away…. I started taking this and one day noticed I was able to move my arm again w/o any pain… so I do recommend this if you are experiencing any kind of joint pain.. dont expect an overnite fix.. it takes a few weeks before you notice a different … I take it morning and before I go to bed at night

I live in the desert and have skin damage on my scalp and face, the doctors have done just about everything to no avail, thought I would give this a try, to my amazement, this cream has cleared my sun damage and all but erased my dark spots on my skin, and leaves your skin very soft and smooth to the touch. I have lived with this scabbing on the top of my head for years, it is nice to pull a comb across my scalp again without pain.

I like the capsules, finding them to be clearly helpful for cartilage health, particularly for lower limb joints. The cream was not as suitable for me, probably because it was not compatible with my skin type. I require non-comedogenic products for my face, and this cream is clearly not. Consequently, I was unable to use it long enough to assess its usefulness in replenishing collagen in the skin.
