Directions
Adults and children 12 or more years of age, take 1 capsule daily with a meal or as directed by a healthcare professional.

I have used other digestive enzymes but these are superior!! I use them with the Dr. Clark Betaine HCL at my evening meal and my stomach no longer has any issues. My husband has horrible GERD and nothing has worked for him, even the prescription products although he states he has had no acid reflux since using this product with Dr. Clark Betaine HCL. Plus the prescription products as well as the over the counter product reduce acid which we need to digest our food. If you research GERD it is an issue of not enough acid. The digestive enzymes helps your body produce normal acids and the Betaine HCL provides the necessary acid to really help digest your food thus reducing or even eliminating unwanted acid. Thanks so much for a wonderful product and I love that it is natural.
