I have had 0 side effects. This liquid vitamin does not upset your stomach. You are supposed to take it on an empty stomach. It was highly recommended by my hair specialist as part of my hair loss treatment plan. I have been taking it for two years now.

I like this stuff but humidity ruins it. I had some in Portland OR and if you don’t use it fast it gets nasty and caked. I also don’t like having to use the cap as a measuring device, which is what my bottle said to do.
Cetta B. –
You will never find a better multivitamin. Haves tried numerous brands on Amazon. Will be a lifetime customer.
Michelle –
I will start what I liked about this vitamin. I liked that it was a powder to liquid so I didn’t have to pop pills although popping pills isn’t a huge issue with me as can be with others. The flavor was nice and didn’t have any disgusting after taste.I can’t say if it was actually working in the way in which it claimed to work. I didn’t feel any different or have any new found energy. I used it for 60 days to give it a full on chance and decided to switch to something formulated more for my age and stage in life. This vitamin just wasn’t for me.
