Directions
As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules once per day, preferably with a meal, or as directed by your health care professional.

I have used turmeric for years as I’d noticed that it helped with my allergies. Last year I was in a terrible car accident and suffered a neck/shoulder injury. I was being treated with high dose prescription anti-inflammatory medications and had increased my turmeric intake to 4 grams daily per my care provider. Additionally I was being treated by a chiropractor, physical therapist, and massage therapist – spending all of my time at medical appointments was exhausting. We couldn’t get the inflammation or pain under control for months. About 8 weeks ago my chiropractor asked me to switch to the ZenVita Turmeric with Bioperine. Taking the same dose as I had been since the injury, I noticed a decrease in inflammation and it’s accompanying pain within 3 weeks and started making my first real progress with both chiropractic care and physical therapy. At 8 weeks I have cut my dose in half, stopped the twice daily icing that I did for 6 months, am no longer wearing an arm brace, am able to ride my bike and hike again, and am only using the prescription anti-inflammatory at night 3 or 4 times a week. For me, this has been nothing short of a miracle. After 6 months of treatment without progress, I was depressed and losing hope of ever healing. A supplement is not a supplement. So grateful I found this product!

Zenvita Turmeric matches or exceeds the quality and value of other brands. My husband and I take two caplets per day so the 200 count bottle lasts for nearly two months. The turmeric helps limit tendonitis pain in my wrists and carpal tunnel pain in my husband. Excellent product.

i purchased ZenVita Turmeric Curcumin with Bioperine to help with some inflammation issues in my knees. I have a job where I am very active, and up and down off of the floor all day. I chose this brand after reading how clean their ingredients were, and was impressed with the amount of pills that you got for the price charged. After taking it regularly with the rest of my vitamins for a couple of weeks-i realized that I actually did feel like my knees were alot less painful than usual during my workday. I will continue to purchase this supplement and will stay with the ZenVita brand, as I am pleased with the results and the integrity of their formula.

I have moderate hip and low back pain and am not able to take nsaids for other medical reasons. I had read a lot about this type of product and decided to try it. It is not a fix all, but I have had less pain than when I was just using tylenol. If you are leary of nsaid side effects and looking for something natural. I have found this does help. Normally when it is a rainy day like today, I feel like there is a little man hammering away at the hip joint but since I started taking this it is only slight discomfort now.

I have been suffering with chronic pain for a number of years due to various ailments. I took a lot of drugs. Some worked for a while, others didn’t. Most had unwanted side effects. So I started investigating natural pain killers that reduce inflammation. So a relative told me to try a turmeric curcumin combo. So I decided to try this brand because it got great reviews. After a couple days of taking them, I noticed I had some pain relief. The good thing is I can use this long term w/o the nasty side effects that come with taking drugs.

Thank you for selling this item as it seems to have helped my inflammation very quickly. I took 2 capsules upon delivery for my sore neck and felt relief within a few hours. I have at least one herniated disc (C1), arthritis and several autoimmune diseases which cause me considerable pain. I also have prescription pain meds, muscle relaxers and other meds prescribed by my primary doctor. I do not take these meds often as I do not like the side effects. I am a retired MSW and have often seen the ugly side of prescription medication addiction and do not wish to tempt fate. So I prefer natural remedies to addiction prone medications. Bought this for my husband. He has arthritis in his knees (a former army Ranger and lifetime sport parachutist). Has also had ACL knee repair. He has tried a lot of Glucosamine & other joint supplements. We like the idea of the most natural food remedies as possible. This was a good value after reviewing a lot of different offerings for turmeric. The capsules are pretty big, but not as bad as some. He has no trouble swallowing them, I have to use a good amount of water! So far he is noticing effective dosing with one of these and a glucosamine daily. 2 capsules are the full recommended dose, so that gives us someplace to go, if needed in the future.

You are better off making Golden Paste from organic turmuric than buying these. It works faster and is tasty. After a month taking these I noticed no difference. 3 weeks of Golden Paste and I was getting relief.

I was told by my Doctor that my liver count is high. I had read that Tumeric is a natural way to flush the liver. I had tried drinking a cocktail of Tumeric, cayenne pepper & lemon juice and it was just too strong. I decided to go with the ZenVita Timeric Curcumin w/Bioperine because the Bioperine is suppose to aid in absorption. As soon as I opened the bottle, it reminded me of the cocktail I had been drinking but the taste went away quicker than when drinking the cocktail. It’ll be another 3 months before I gat a blood test to make sure it works but I have high hopes.
