I use a variety of different types of magnesium because they all have different purposes and areas of support. The generic magnesium that used in most calcium magnesium supplements is one that is not really very bio available. So I just get plain calcium and I get a variety of different types of magnesium, and I find that works for me. Helps to stabilize my body and prevents leg and foot cramps.

As long as you use as directed this is a superb sleep aid. I like it even better than magnesium glycinate.Some may find that like magnesium citrate, it can cause loose stool, but I don’t have that problem with this.
