Are Coffee Enemas Healthy?
Coffee enemas can help relieve bloating, constipation and other digestive issues by clearing out your colon. They also increase bile production which flushes toxins out of the body more quickly. A coffee enema can balance your microbiome by encouraging good bacteria to flourish while providing energy by injecting small doses of caffeine into the bloodstream; though this effect should only last 24 hours at most.
Step one in administering a coffee enema involves creating the saline solution or coffee mixture. A sterile syringe with distilled water should be used. Do not use tap water as this may contain chemicals and heavy metals that could potentially harm you. Also, before boiling coffee grounds to ensure they are free from mycotoxins; use only organic coffee that has been tested for mycotoxins to ensure maximum efficacy.
Fill a syringe with approximately 2 ounces of your prepared solution; feel free to add more if necessary. Insert the syringe into your anus or rectum and slowly introduce the coffee mixture into the colon; ensure it does not reach temperatures too hot that could cause you harm, as this could burn your tissue. Hold onto this procedure for 15 minutes for optimal results.
Some individuals experience a temporary jittery sensation following a coffee enema; this is caused by caffeine entering their bloodstream, but should last no more than several hours and indicate your detox is working effectively. Furthermore, some may experience temporary bloating or gas due to mobilizing toxins from both liver and intestine.
Undergoing a coffee enema at home can be done privately and discreetly. For best results, however, it is advised to cover the bathroom floor with towels that won’t mind getting stained with coffee stains, and lie comfortably on it so as to easily evacuate afterwards.
Note that coffee enemas pose the potential risk of colon irritation, so only use them under medical guidance or with an empty stomach. Individuals with history of colon issues such as IBD, Crohn’s or ulcerative colitis should refrain from trying this therapy.
Coffee enemas have long been used as an effective detoxifying treatment, yet some individuals still question if coffee enemas are healthy. The answer is yes: coffee enemas are safe solutions that can help clear away parasites, fungi and candida symptoms while also treating constipation – they’re much safer than laxatives!
