How to Make Organic Coffee Enemas
Coffee enemas have long been used to cleanse and detoxify the colon, as well as alleviate constipation. Furthermore, they activate bile ducts and improve digestive health by stimulating digestive processes.
Coffee enemas are similar to water enemas in that they involve administering liquid directly into the colon through an enema tube, but differ by utilizing organic coffee and purified filtered water instead of plain tap water as their solution source. One or more coffee enema treatments should be given every day up to once, and it must remain there for 15 minutes as this allows your liver detoxification processes to occur effectively.
At first, some may experience nausea during and after a coffee enema; this typically passes quickly as your internal stagnant putrefied toxins begin to release their buildup – this is normal and should not deter you from continuing this practice.
Step one of performing a coffee enema involves creating the enema mixture. Pour about 1/2 quart of distilled or purified water over hot coffee-herbal liquid and mix thoroughly; this should bring down its temperature to roughly body temperature; test this liquid with your finger before pouring it into an enema bag.
Once your enema mixture has cooled down, use a fine 304 stainless steel strainer over your bucket and pour the solution through it into your enema tubing. Remove any air bubbles by loosening its clamp and running under water first before starting your procedure – also make sure all kinks in tubing have been addressed beforehand!
An ideal time and way to perform a coffee enema is in the morning on an empty stomach, while drinking plenty of water during the day to prevent dehydration and keep your bowels hydrated for maximum effectiveness of this treatment. In addition, dairy, caffeine and processed sugar should be avoided to maximize effectiveness of this procedure.
