Is a Cup of Coffee Healthy?

Another study published in Heart revealed that those who consumed two to five cups of unsweetened coffee daily were at reduced risk of heart failure and stroke than those who didn’t drink any coffee at all. Researchers attribute this benefit to polyphenols’ protective qualities as well as coffee’s ability to alleviate inflammation while managing blood sugar.
Deliberately selecting coffee that is devoid of sweeteners is the ideal way to experience its full benefits. If adding dairy-based milks, opt for unsweetened varieties with significantly lower saturated fat than cow’s milk – these choices could even benefit your heart health!
