Is Evaporated Milk Healthy in Coffee?
Evaporated milk is an indispensable kitchen ingredient, as its versatility makes it indispensable in many different dishes and drinks. Evaporated milk is produced by heating regular milk until 60% of its water has been extracted – this leaves thicker and creamier evaporated milk that can be used as an ingredient for baking, soups, sauces, casseroles, coffee/tea recipes as well as substituting for regular milk in other items like ice cream and pudding recipes requiring milk as ingredients. But since evaporated milk does contain higher sugar levels than regular milk it should only be used sparingly when used within coffee/sweet beverage beverages that call for regular milk!

People who are lactose intolerant should also avoid nut milks which don’t contain lactose yet could produce similar symptoms.
