Furthermore, Ganoderma may even protect liver tissue against diseases associated with age as well as helping protect against other illnesses that arise with ageing.

Ganoderma’s rise to fame has inspired the creation of various products, from beverages and supplements to coffee-like beverages and sweets containing its extract. Coffee remains the primary vehicle for Ganoderma use; however, its health-promoting qualities have made other drinks such as tea and even soft drinks incorporate Ganoderma. There are even chewable tablets, ice creams, candies, and chewable tablets with Ganoderma-rich extracts available today!

Though many have experienced positive effects from taking Ganoderma coffee supplements, regular consumption may not yet be considered safe or recommended due to insufficient research into potential adverse side effects that won’t show up immediately in short-term studies.
