Plaintiff is proposing that Organo Gold Coffee be FDA Approved

Plaintiff’s putative class includes all Delaware residents who purchase, or plan to purchase in the future, Organo Gold products with Ganoderma Lucidum as an ingredient without receiving adequate warnings regarding its potential side effects such as intestinal bleeding and blood disorders (Complaint at P 39). Furthermore, their packaging and labelling do not provide an indication of how much Ganoderma Lucidum exists per serving of product (Complaint at P 41).
