Did the flavor change?Now I may be wrong about this. My sister bought this for my birthday last year. I even gave some to my uncles and they loved it.I decided to buy a 3 pack. I think that taste has changed. It seemed like there is less cream and sugar. It may just be me. but this is where the 4 stars came in. It just taste different just a tad.

It’s healthy for youI think it’s to high, but it’s definitely healthy for you. I’ve been using it off and on for about 4 years, my blood doctor recommended me to keep using it. At least once every day, it’s hood for arthritis, inflammation, headache, migraines, I hate that I can’t afford to use it every day, I don’t work, I’m on disability. I was diagnosed with lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, chronic inflammation, so I definitely would use it every day if I could.
