Have used this for protein enhancement. I am a vegetarian. I take 6 of these daily and they are a miracle. It works like ‘real anabolic steroids’ yet it is not and it has all the amino acids. Easy to digest. About 2 months after starting I noticed fat was turning into muscle. Safe and it works. This is st the top of my list.

Very simply, this is the finest amino acid supplement you can buy. I have bought his EXACT brand and type for 20 years. I have no doubt about their quality…and value. You cannot get the proper amino acid balance that you need from a normal diet. So taking a few of these caps each day with a glass of water you needed anyway? Golden. I have tried many amino blends over 40 years, and this is the best one I have tried. Now the only blend that I use, along with the powder version, which is even better. The powder version isn’t for picky eaters; you have to get used to the smell and taste if you’re picky.

I don’t like the idea of a “proprietary blend”, I think at one time this company was showing the actual contents of the capsules, but no longer. Problem with a “proprietary blend” is that it can be changed at any time, and is only required to have a small amount of any given listed substance in it. That said, one advantage to this is that it is a true free amino formula, and not merely protein pills from whey or casein which contain aminos but not in free form.
