I was skeptical that this would do anything, but I have anxiety that tends to get a bit out of control and nothing can really alleviate it. I figured it was worth a try.I was pleasantly surprised to see that this did seem to work for me better than regular breathing exercises (which I have found generally ineffective for me.) The weight of it also helps keep me focused on the fact that I have something on me that can help with my anxiety, which also seems to keep my stress levels more even.The chain is thicker and more durable than I expected and the breathing device is also fairly substantial. The whole thing feels well-constructed and looks nice. Something about breathing out through it feels more calming than just a regular exhale. I’m not sure if that’s some sort of placebo effect, but I’m happy as long as I’m getting some relief.
