I am a nurse and I have seen several omega-3 fish oil brands being sold on the market, but Arctic Fresh is far superior to those. Arctic Fresh has 576mg of EPA and 252mg of DHA in each gelcap, making it the highest concentration of EPA/DHA available over-the-counter. Previously, I had been using NatureMade, which only contains 250mg TOTAL of EPA/DHA in each gelcap. Therefore, Arctic Fresh is offering me more benefits per capsule. This product was also recommended to me by my dentist, because research shows that these omega-3 fatty acids help to ward off gum disease (gingivitis).
