Stacey –
Best nest were one of the companies my fertility center suggested I’d use during my pregnancy. I am very happy with the pre and postnatal supplements from this company. I’ve ordered many times and never had an issue. They are easy to swallow and I don’t taste any flavor. The downside is they are expensive compared to others and it gets pricey when you have to take them month after month but I like this brand very much.

These postnatal vitamins have been working great so far! My mood seems to be good, my milk supply has been up, and my energy is great (considering the lack of sleep from being up with a newborn) The only complaint I have is the taste of it, it’s got the “vitamin taste” as it goes down but no vitamin burps or anything.
Kajsa –
Mama bird vitamins have been the best I’ve used. Not constipating and high quality.
Kimberly McGraw –
Everything that’s in the multi is nice. They are expensive for only a months supply. The pills don’t smell great but they settle well and don’t make me nauseous.
Kayla –
Fantastic supplement, really helps give my wife the additional support she needs. If you have a “MTHFR” mutation this is the brand I would highly recommend!

I don’t think ‘flavor’ should be an issue. It’s a vitamin: vitamin, liquid, pill, swallow.Anyways, I’ve tried Spring valley, nature’s path, etc… even Actif. But this one!! I love this vitamin. I can skip my coffee in the morning, eating and this vitamin, and be full of energy. My urine is not neon, which means my body is actually absorbing the nutrients. My hair isn’t shedding as badly, my breastmilk supply is steady and apparently full of goodies for my boy.As long as I’m breastfeeding I’ll be taking these.

Feeling great!

These are super easy to swallow and do not taste weird as other comments state. They came well packaged and I feel they are working. I have more energy and have been producing more milk since taking them. I recommend them to all new mothers.
Lindsey S. –
Have used lots of their products. I loved the prenatal so I started using the postnatal which was more expensive. I compared the ingredients to the prenatal when I receive the postnatals and they’re all exactly the same. So save some moneys and keep ordering the prenatals. Kind of is disappointing since they market them for different purposes. Also wish they both had DHA (in the pre and post) so I didn’t have to supplement but they sell DHA so I guess it’s a way to make more money.

Just realized this doesn’t have more than trace amounts of choline or calcium, two essential ingredients for breastfeeding. The article I read specifically recommended this brand – which is quite pricey – because it had choline and DHA, and it has neither so I’m confused. I’m bummed now that I have been taking it, while also cutting out dairy and eggs for my baby’s reflux. I’ll be switching to a new supplement.
