I’m nearly 86 years old and have been using this combination — Alpha Lipoic Acid and Acetyl L-Carnitive since I was in my mid 60s. I began taking the supplement after reading an article about a study done by the U.C. My order arrived in two days and was packaged well.This supplement is a bottle of large, powder- filled gelatin capsules. I use it for better memory, enhanced cognition and to decrease muscle pain.
