Excellent quality of this vitamin so important for so many functions in the body.It’s The vitamin for metabolism and conversion of food to energy, then releasing that energy when needed.I make my own stacks or mixtures of supplements based on my own individual needs. It gives me the choice and control over what goes into my body. Every one is a little different, so taking the exact same supplements, in the exact same dosages as millions of other people doesn’t make sense to me. Plus, it saves me hundreds of dollars every month doing it myself over buying prepackaged ones.

Awesome stuff! I usually feel the effects of anything I ingest quite well. The effects of this product were felt almost immediately. I felt more focused, happier, get better sleep, and am able to wake up out bed ALOT faster. I am so much more positive with this product. I have only been using this product for a few days and I hope the positive effects last.Also, get some small measuring spoons, as the daily dose is only 1/64th of a teaspoon in size. This also means that this product, if you get the 250mg size, will give you 5,000 servings!!! Can’t beat that, and also can’t put a price on the positive effects it brings you.

Way more than I expected! I’m not sure what my expectations were, but I assume I would have been happy just knowing that I was putting something good in my body whether I could feel the difference or not. With this….I felt the difference, and fairly quickly. Having to measure 1/64 of a tsp. is a pain in the tush, but I’ll figure it out if I continue to get the results that I’m seeing so far. I take it twice a day, once in the morning, and again around 3ish in the afternoon when I start feeling sluggish. After the first day I felt a difference! I decided not to get too excited in case it was a fluke, so I didn’t mention anything to my husband, but after the third day I let him in on the secret. This is only his first day taking it, so I don’t know how it’s working with his system yet, but hopefully he’ll have the same results. For a little insight on me…I’m a 46 yr. old female beginning pre-menopause with low Vitamin D and feeling VERY tired most of the time. I started taking Vitamin D about two weeks ago (but heard that takes awhile to get in your system) and started taking this 4 days ago. I’ve had no energy drinks, which is my normal “go-to” just to get the day started, as I don’t drink coffee. I’m extremely happy with this product, and intend on trying more.

One has to remember that the bulky multivitamins are almost pointless when it comes to the body absorbing everything they have to offer. I purchased the B6 to stack with the L-Tyrosine I had been taking based upon some research I did that was prompted by one of the first reviews I read for the L-Tyrosine. I felt a DEFINITE increase in energy by stacking the B6 with my L-Tyrosine. And I’m really getting to the point where I want everything as a powder such that I can adjust dosage any way I want. As with other supplements I take, I take these in 4 doses per day. Each B6 dose is 30 mg. Note that B6 should not be taken at a higher daily dose than what I am taking (120 mg/day) because it might cause problems if it is taken at much higher doses. So for B6, stick with the recommended dose.Bottom line – For me at least, stacking the B6 with L-Tyrosine provided a definite boost in energy over L-Tyrosine alone.

It is also used for dizziness, motion sickness, preventing the eye disease age-related macular degeneration (AMD), seizures, convulsions due to fever, and movement disorders (tardive dyskinesia, hyperkinesis, chorea), as well as for increasing appetite and helping people remember dreams.”I purchased this pure form because I wanted to self treat Carpal tunnel syndrome. I purchased the product after much research about the condition .Exercising my wrists alone gave little relief on its own,but along with this pure B6 it has made a tremendous difference. I highly recommend this in this form. Not to mention this 100 grams is gonna give you 2000 servings at 50 milligrams dosage or 1000 at 100mg !
