The delivery courier did a fabulous job, above and beyond what you might expect. Our mail room was closed, so she worked out how to find us in the apartment building (not as easy as you’d think) and brought it up in person!

So far, I have tried many different products from Dr. Valerie Nelson (8 so far, I believe). Any time I have a question about any of them, their customer service has been excellent and attentive. I have been using the products for about 7 months now and have shared them with my friends and family. I had such great results with their Wellness Booster that I really wanted to try other products from their line and this CoQ10 has been as great as the others. Now my friends & family have ordered repeatedly because of their results as well. Thank you, team of Dr. Valerie Nelson for bringing great products of healing to all of us. Here is the link to her store – https://www.amazon.com/dr_valerie_nelsonI was using another brand of CoQ-10 in the past and made a switch. The reason I chose Dr. Nelson’s CoQ-10 is that I truly believe in the quality of the products she makes. Not all supplements are created equal. In addition, this CoQ10, 200 mg, 200 capsules in a bottle is a value for money. I had some muscle contraction/short pain in my heart. I noticed I had improvement after taking Dr. Nelson’s CoQ-10. I was advised by my doctor to take CoQ-10 to counter the side effects of atorvastatin I was taking.Thanking Dr. Nelson’s for making wonderful supplements for all of us.

I remember when this first came out & the rave about how good for the brain & heart;Recently I decided 2 give it a try, after having a brief talk with my P.A. About the time I began taking it, my antidepressant ran out & I never went 2 pickup refill. Several weeks into taking COQ10, I noticed I was “finding” words easier, & felt generally better. It’s been 6 wks or so now; I continue 2 feel happier, I’m accomplishing more, & i’m Laughing more😊Frankly, I had no expectations of feeling differently, & am quite surprised…..but this new capsule is the only addition to my intake. So I’m planning 2 continue taking it, & at my next medical appt, discussing my reactions with my PA.If there’s a change, I’ll b back 2 update that!

I am 63 and run 4 days a week. I started taking COQ-10 on Wednesday. A week later, during my Wednesday 6 mile run, I felt so weak I cut it short and did 5 miles. When I got to my car, I felt like I’d just run a marathon. I felt dizzy and light-headed, so I got in my car. I came very close to calling 911 when I noticed I had blurry vision, was sweating a whole lot and both my arms were tingling. I thought I might be having a heart attack. After 20 minutes I felt better. When I got home I called a doctor and was told it was not a heart attack and was probably just over exhausted. When I ran the next day I did 4 miles instead of the 7. (I do trails on Thursday so a good portion of the run is in among lots of flowers.) The run went fine but when I got home my eyes started watering and nose running and I got a slight headache. I normally do not worry about pollen; I’m not allergic to it. I went to see my doctor and get checked out. All the blood and urine tests were good. They took an EKG and that was good. What they found was that my blood pressure had dropped a lot. So we decided I should stop taking COQ-10. We think the first symptoms (blurry vision, sweats, dizziness) were caused by low blood pressure. Then when I ran the next day my immune system was down so I got the hayfever. I have stopped taking COQ-10 for 2 weeks and I’m back to running for 1 week. All is back to normal. I started taking COQ-10 because I heard doctors on the internet say that I should be taking it if I was taking Simvastatin. By taking Simvastatin I am losing the COQ-10 in my body and this will help restore it. I cannot say it did not work, in fact, maybe it works too well, after all, it did lower my blood pressure. It lowered my blood pressure from 137/89 too 111/67, which is a good number, just not for me. I could use less than the 200 mg I was taking but I do not want to experience a fraction of what I felt.
