Started taking this because its the lowest dose dim i could find from a reputable brand. Had minor headaches the first few times. I started every other day and now am on every day. I also take calcium d glucarate. Taking this because i have high estrogen and fibroids / polyp. Normally my breasts get very sore and tender after ovulation leading up to my period. Has not happened this cycle so im bery pleased about that. Also less moody / emotional this cycle. Period is due in 3 days. Will take for a month and then reevaluate as i have heard you do not necessarily want to take this long term. Pleased so far.
