If you are looking to add a collagen supplement into your health regimen, this should be your go to. Flow Supps is truly putting their time and energy into sourcing the BEST ingredients in all of their products. I was very excited to see them add Collagen Plus into the mix, as it is something that most people do not get enough of as we age and it has so many benefits just beyond hair, skin and nails. As with adding any new supplement into your life, do your due diligence with a health professional. I knew going in with this product that I would not be able to take the full recommended dosage, due to previous heath issues and consultation with my gastroenterologist. I had to have a colon re-sectioning back in 2015 and that has altered the way I metabolize many supplements. Thus far, I’m highly impressed, as I have been with the entire lineup of Flow Supps project. I’m #FlowNation for life! With each passing day I feel better and stronger. Again, if you are looking to add Collagen into your life, this is IT!

I had high hopes for this. I have tried multiple collagen supplements with mixed reviews. There is no flavor so it should be fine to mix with any drink ideally. The fact that there is stevia makes no difference to me. I can hardly notice it. However, the first time I tried this I attempted to mix it into an energy drink. BIG mistake. Not only does the powder not mix well, the entire drink foamed over into a lumpy mess. I then proceeded to try to salvage the remaining drink and powder mixture that just became a lumpy gross mess. So no go on the cold, carbonated drinks. The next day I decided to mix it into my coffee. This still took some time to coax and mix well but eventually the powder mixed into the coffe about 95% of the way. Hey, the road to beauty is never easy so we have to deal with some lumps and bumps…okay. I got it. Now to the effectiveness I can’t say. I have only take this for 3 days, but if it works and helps with joint pain, hair skin and nail grown and health then I can deal with a few lumps. I will update after I finish this supply.

I’m in no way fit, I don’t work out regularly (working on that.) You don’t need to by a gym rat to appreciate the Flow Supplements line. I have been a customer since the public launch almost a year ago and have not been disappointed. I have tried different protein and pre-workout products over the years and always end up with a pros and cons list, my con list is empty with this product line. I was scared about the pricing at first but when I compared it to my last product (Withholding brand as it doesn’t raise one brand to bring down another.) dosing and ingredients I realized just how much more I was getting. We are so negative to ourselves, start showing your body live with nutrients that are good for you! No fillers! No BS! I am so proud to buy from a company whose main mission is to make you and your body feel good. This is my first time using collagen and I’m excited to for the outcome! Thank you for another amazing product!

Keeping that youthful glow with Collagen by Flow! (Ladies, Can I get an Amen!) If you haven’t started taking collagen and are interested in trying it, (or if you’ve taken a different brand and weren’t happy) this is an excellent product! I have in fact fallen in love with this product. It’s a great powder that doesn’t clump when mixed and it is easy to include in my daily breakfast or snacks.My favorite way to take it, it’s to have a scoop of FLOW Collagen Plus, a scoop of the FLOW Salted Vanilla caramel protein powder and mix in a milk of choice (sometimes I use nut milk, sometimes animal milk). Honestly it’s like a desert drink so great for that afternoon sweet tooth craving!It does not have any aftertaste, which I am happy about. And I did see a great improvement in my nails after taking it for just a week- this product also includes Biotin!Absolutely great product, I will be getting it again for certain!-Shanna.

I received this very quickly even among the Covid19 era. I really wanted to support Z. Levi & friends in their business.I put some in my hot tea immediately this AM after delivery (the same as I prepared my usual collagen supplement). This did not dissolve/mix well in hot tea like my other one did. (I barely had to stir my old one.) Finally getting it to dissolve ‘almost’ completely, I tasted the sweetness. I read the tub and it has Stevia (yuck). It’s totally MY bad for not reading everything about the product and just trusting it was a great product. If you like Stevia, you might like this. I am a bit disappointed. Sorry Zach! I hope you guys are working on one that does not have a sweetener, then I will buy that one. I won’t endorse my other collagen supplement but it dissolves well and they don’t add a sweetener…I hope Flow is working on that.

Alright so I was pretty jazzed when I found out FlowSupps was coming out with a Collagen product. I just started taking it so over all can’t say I notice a difference BUT I wouldn’t see a possible difference till a months time. So what I can say is that this product is great. There is no odor or taste. I blend it with my Pre and Greens. Just as an observation after shaking the first couple times it does foam a bit kinda like how a soda fizzles when you first pour it. It does clump just a bit as well initially and though I shook my shaker harder than a Polaroid Picture or a Shake Weight and still same outcome with the clumps. I did notice after sometime it does dissipate. Not sure if the temp of the water or liquid matters but I’ve only used it with cold water. This does not effect the quality or the benefits of the product just an observation.
