My doctor has prescribed this for me for a while and I am now up to a 20 MG daily dose. This provides me with that with two capsules daily, and the price is the best I have seen. Very pleased!

I have found that this supplement is easy to use. The instructions are easy to understand. The labelling is clear, catchy and informative. I had a hard time determining which Brand to purchase. However after careful consideration I felt at ease with this product. And after consuming this product over a week now I have experienced no side effect that I am aware of.

I can’t really tell with absolute certainty how well any supplement works. I take this as an anti-depressant and sleep aid, just as I did with other brands in the past. As far as I can tell the strength and efficacy are the same. The advantage for some might be the small size of the capsule, which is smaller than other brands I’ve used, though none were very large. I believe it’s chemically identical to Deplin, a prescription that a Psychiatrist might give for depression, often along with another prescription. Deplin comes in 7.5mg and 15mg strengths. This 10mg non-RX version is in between.

I like the packaging of this product and especially the price. I take this for mood stabilization related to having Bipolar Disorder. I prefer taking a supplement with my maintenance medication instead of another prescription drug.

I take 20 mg every day and have done so the last year. You dont see a difference right away, but it has made a difference in my health and mood over time. Consult with your doctor about how much you should take, 20 mg is a higher dose than average

This methylfolate has been amazing for me. It has improved my mood and the quality of my sleep. I’ve been looking into taking it since my DNA test recommended it (I have the MTHFR mutation). I would recommend this brand, and have actually told my APRN about it so she can recommend it to other patients.

I really like this brand of L-Methylfolate 10 mg. My doctor recommended it to me after genetic testing proved I wasn’t getting all the proper usage of some of my medications. Blood work has shown the folate has improved my medications enough to lower doses.
