Elder flowers added to hibiscius flowers, and some fresh lemon balm from my garden, make a tea I drink three tmes a day. The red color is beautiful, the tea is refreshing hot or cold.Don’t boil the flowers. Steep ten minutes. I add a little 100% pure stevia to sweeten it. I read this tea will reduce blood pressure if taken three times a day. I find it very comforting and enjoyable. Life is good!

These were so fragrant and highly medicinal. I made an infusion with them for my stuffy nose and throat clearing and it worked so well!

Ordered these to make cordials and infusions expecting a bright floral aroma from the flowers. This product, however, has a distinct cumin overtone, very earthy and totally unexpected. I made a hot tea and it was soothing to drink, but the expectation was totally different than the experience.
