Directions
Adults take 4 gummies daily. Children four years and older thoroughly chew 4 gummies per day under adult supervision.

I have been purchasing thesw gummies from a local chain grocer and was happy when I saw them on Amazon for $10 less. A doctor wanted me to have surgery after slamming my foot against a metal pole. Another doctor wanted me to try physical therapy. For nearly a year, I’ve had trouble walking due to pain. I’ve limped almost every day. Sometimes i could hardly stand to get out of bed.One day, while at a chain grocer, I saw these and decided to give them a try because I read about the benefits of tumeric and ginger. After one month, I could walk again without pain for the first time in almost a year!Then, I stopped taking the gummies once I had eaten all of the first container, because I didn’t want to spend the money and, within one week of not taking them, the pain retuned and I had trouble walking again. That’s when I KNEW that these gummies worked!Now I buy them regularly and don’t have to have surgery to reinforce a tendon.

Long story short, I have been dealing with a general diagnosis of “functional bowel disorder” for roughly 2 years and it’s been tough. These taste amazing. I could eat so much more than the daily allowance, it’s that good. I have knee and hand pain and have taken these for 2 months. I don’t see any decrease in the pain/inflammation. Not sure how effective these are tbh.
