I use this instead of coffee and energy drinks. I have no idea what one reviewer is on about when said they got sugar, this is not sweet. It is not really tasty, but as a person who eats fresh food grown in my garden, really this stuff is good. It is better on my stomach than coffee, and energy drinks yuck. It is not super strong with caffeine, a plus in my opinion. It has just enough energy and does not cause a crash at the end. I can still get a good nights sleep. Do drink lots of water with any supplements. You will feel it if you get dehydrated, but if your looking into this sort of product you probably know this already. Also, if your looking at this, you probably do not really care if it tastes great. It does not taste bad, but its not meant to be a super sweet artificial cheap amino/caffeine garbage big box stores sell. Overall, I recommend thisproduct.

Fast acting and no tingly feelings or weird side effects. I love that this product uses natural ingredients and I am very sensitive to pre-workout but this one is perfect.I’d say that you can also take this product just as a way to start the day or if you need an energy boost mid day. You will not get jittery using this product. It gives you focused energy so you can push through.I’ve used this pre-workout since March 11th and I take it 30 mins before my Zumba class. It really helps focus and gives me a boost of energy. Whenever I take it, I notice that I burn at least 80-100 more calories in a 1 hr cardio class than if I forget to take it!!Weight lossStarting stats March 11: 194.6lbs, muscle: 25.3, bmi: 31.7, visceral fat:7.9Current stats April 28:189.4lbs, muscle: 25.8, bmi: 30.8, viseral fat: 7.7Will update on May 28th:As you can see using this product along with calorie counting I’m down 5.2lbs of pure fat !It tastes absolutely disgusting though my goodness I have to drink it quickly hahah

I’ve been using this (the sugar free option) 4-5 times per week for approximately a year.The taste isn’t great, but it’s a substantial upgrade over similarly healthy pre-workout options. A few people mention it tastes like dirt, in my experience that earthy/dirt taste is from beets. Certainly, not bad, but not good either.I never feel jittery and definitely never crash afterwards.I almost gave this 4 stars because I’m not entirely sure there is a big difference between this and nothing. I keep with it because getting a little dose of beets, superfruits, some leafy greens, and a bit of extra water are never a bad thing.I would certainly recommend against using the sugared option. 10mg of sugar would undermine any possible health benefits of the product.

I love this stuff! I was gifted some packets ( a month-long supply) and it’s incredible. I recently upped my workouts to 2 times a day. I’m nearing 40 and needed an extra kick to my energy and this has been a GAME CHANGER. No jitters or crashing like with other pre-workouts. It does help you focus as well, I can use it as a pick-me-up before a long day at work as well. It doesn’t taste very good, but that’s fine. Just put a little bit of water in a cup and take it like a shot as opposed to a big glass. It works like a charm, just don’t use it too late in the day otherwise I find it will interfere with a night’s sleep…. just makes it take a bit longer to get to bed if I use if after like 7 pm. Great stuff… highly recommend and I’m a huge fan. I also like that it’s NSF-certified.

This is a pre-workout that I have been using for years now. It always helps me get through workouts and I can trust that the ingredients are good for me. This product never gives me the jitters as other pre-workout powders do. As long as I am able to exercise, I will continue to use this product.

I thought this would be a natural energy that was healthy, but after comparing the amount of Celsius vitamin b to this vitamin b I was shocked how much more vitamin B was in this product. It isn’t safe. My heart was pounding and I felt I couldn’t breathe and this was while I was sitting down. I could see how this could lead to a heart attack.

Firstly this does not taste bad at all. It’s not a Gatorade but if you drink plant based anything or electrolyte drinks you get it. This is actually very good. I had the sugarless berry one.As for performance it’s an elite drink for pre run. I felt great into my later miles after an 8 mile run I was still ready to go more. Just ran out of time. No jitters no negative feelings at all. I’ll keep drinking this For my marathon prep

This is the first pre-workout I’ve ever bought — I wanted something organic. Provides a nice mental energy boost and focus in the gym. Definitley improved my performance.This is very different than the caffeine in coffee even though it is derived from “coffeberry”, the outer fruit of the coffee plant. It’s more similar of a feeling to energy drinks, just without the sugar and much more natural and gentle and less of a physical rush (again, it’s more of a mental caffeine boost).Oberall I think it serves the purpose of a pre-workout quite well.

I drink this stuff whenever I’m feeling drained at work. 9 times out of 10, I get a really good flow of energy from it. Organic caffeine hits pretty hard it seems–in combination with all the other ingredients. I just wish there were MORE FLAVORS since just the one gets pretty old.
