I was curious to try this out after reading about the potential health benefits of NMND/NAD+. There are a total of 60 capsules per bottle, with two per serving, so this offers a one-month supply. I was pleased with how well it was secured (an outer plastic seal and another pull top under the cap). The capsules are fairly small and easy to swallow. I’ve been taking these daily for the past 10 days or so. While I think it would take some time to notice any potential benefits – such as cognitive function or cell repair – I can say that I haven’t experienced any negative side effects. These contain 250 mg of NMNH. From what I’ve read, it sounds like it may be more effective at a higher dose, but I think this is a good start. I plan to continue taking these until I’ve finished the bottle, and then I’ll decide if I want to reorder. It initially seemed a bit expensive, especially for a one-month supply, but true value is based on what you get for your money. If this does even a portion of what it claims, then it would be worth every penny. I’m giving these the benefit of the doubt but will certainly post an update if I notice any changes, good or bad.

This NMNH supplement appears to be of good quality, but unlike clinical trials, I was not able to measure the impact of this particular supplement’s impact on my NAD levels; however, there are plenty of clinical studies that show the affects of NMNH on NAD production and I will assume that a quality supplement will have the same or similar impacts. At 250mg per serving, this is on the lower end of the spectrum for NMNH supplements, but should still be enough to provide some beneficial impact in NAD production and cellular health. Being that this supplement is not all that inexpensive, so while taking 2-3x the dose would be within the norm for a daily dose as well, some may argue the benefit to doing so.The supplement comes as an off white cellulose capsule that is average in size for NMN supplements and is plenty easy to swallow. The bottle comes with a convenient flip top lid, but you can unscrew it to get the capsules out if you so desire. While third party testing is indicated, I was not able to readily identify who performs this testing or find any testing results.

There is lots of early research indicating that NMNH is a potent NAD+ enhancer. NAD+ is a fundamental molecule in human life and health, the body produces less of it with age, and some believe that supplements that boost NAD+ slow the aging process. It’s all very new and cutting edge and those interested in supplementing with it should definitely do their own research. This GENEX supplement appears to be excellent NMNH. It’s encapsulated, bottled and tested in the USA. It is manufactured in an FDA, GMP, and NSF certified facility. A serving (2 capsules) contains 250mg of NMNH and the bottle contains 30 servings (60 capsules). It is pricey but not unusually so; all NMNH supplements are similarly costly due to its being a new and specialty product. The bottle I received was fresh and had a very long shelf life (received 03/2024, expires 02/2027). If you are interested in an NMNH supplement, this looks to be a good one.

Genex, which seems to be a very reputable brand, already sells a direct NAD+ supplement. Since NMN began undergoing trials for use as a drug, the FDA removed its use as a supplement. This NMNH is another precursor to NAD+, which apparently doesn’t survive the digestive system very well.It does seem odd to me that the FDA would move something from the “supplements” category into the “drug” category just because someone decided to actually do some testing on it for some purpose and there’s a lot of debate on that right now.Use of NMNH as a replacement for NMN may (who knows) be more effective at increasing NAD+ levels than taking NAD+ directly, but more studies are necessary.

These pills are delivered in a very tightly sealed package. In fact, I had to hunt around for something to cut the plastic in order to get the shrinkwrap off. There is also an inner seal after the cap, so you don’t have to worry about spoilage or tampering. The pills are neutral and easy to digest. Obviously it’s hard to pin effects down after a short period of use, but it appears to be a quality item. I did not see country of manufacture, just that it is tested in the USA.

This supplement may or may not be right for your. Do your homework to see if NMNH supplements will help you. It comes safety packaged like any other supplement. Capsules are small and easy to swall. Only 2 per serving. No tastes or side effects noted. As far as efficacy goes…its really hard to say after only a few weeks. But so far nothing negative to say about this product.

I like that this is supposedly made in a GMP facility. That said, there is no indication (ON THE BOTTLE) that any independent lab testing was done to verify the purity and potency of ingredient. The page description does mention 3rd party testing, but I do not see that anywhere on the bottle. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THAT MENTIONED ON THE BOTTLE, THAT WOULD GIVE ME MORE CONFIDENCE.Also they do not say where the ingredient was sourced from. They only mention that the ingredient was BOTTLED in USA. Not that the ingredient was MADE in USA.So, since I never heard of the company before, and I would like to see some more information about where the ingredient was made, and why I dont see the 3rd party lab testing mentioned on the bottle, and that the price is quite expensive… it gives me hesitation and therefore is 3-star supplement right now. If it had a better price and more information forthcoming, I could see it being rated higher at that time.
