After suffering with constipation for years, I read the reviews on this product and decided to use it. It has been one week since I started the cleanse. I have to say, it definitely works to get things moving. I took 6 pills at night before bed, woke up about 3AM every night running to the bathroom.After returning to bed, five minutes later I’m running to the bathroom again. In the morning, making my way downstairs to the kitchen, I end up running to the bathroom again. Coming out of the bathroom, take 10 steps and I’m running back in. This happened every morning. A handicap person would definitely mess their pants. You get little warning before running to the restroom. I am up early in the morning at 6 AM, so by 9 AM I am finished in the bathroom. I am able to go about my day without worrying about being close to a restroom. What I can say, is my stomach was hard and fall when I started taking this, but now it has flattened out quite a bit. I feel much better than I have in a long time. I have more energy and my stomach doesn’t hurt all the time. This cleanse will start cleaning out the big stuff and you will end up towards the end of the week with watery liquid shooting out of you. But you will feel emptied. I am happy with the results and I will definitely be using this to maintain. Whoever said said there is no urgency to run to the restroom is ridiculous. If you’re using this, it might be a good idea to wear an adult diaper in the morning. I have used the herbal cleansing and it worked but there were a lot of cramps to the point I was thinking I need to go to the hospital. This is definitely the way to go if you can stay home in the morning and don’t mind getting up in the middle of the night. Oh and don’t ever trust a fart 😫

This is a great product although it’s a little expensive. It helps clean out your digestive track: through oxygen. This is so much better than the herbal method. Most: cleansers use herbal method which causes an urgency to go to the bathroom that you absolutely cannot control. You may even do it in your pants with some herbs or some of that tea. However this part it works with oxygen which is more natural and you don’t have that cramping. You don’t have that urgency. Sure you have to get to the bathroom but you can walk to the bathroom instead of run. This is a great product although it’s a little expensive. So you want to put back in the good the next day. Make sure you take it at night with a full glass of water. The seller of this product gives you a special hand they recommended that you take it with a full glass of water with some lemon juice. I’m not sure what the lemon juice does but I know it kills acid in your stomach maybe that helps him out in that way I’m not sure. Quite honestly I will never buy another colon cleanser other than oxygen based from here on out.. I recommend you do take the flora the next day to replenish the healthy bacteria in your gut because this stuff cleans out everything the good and the bad. Definitely a gentle effective cleanse. I have to use 6 pills instead of the 4 as directed. The probiotic is phenomenal as well. Keeps me very regular. It’s a little pricey in my opinion, but you do get what you pay for since it’s hard to put a price on how amazing it feels to stay well and regular.

This probiotic really helps me go to the bathroom in a regular way. It helps to take out rock hard belly feeling. I have used it off and on for years. The bottle says not to use daily for years but 2 to 3 times a week after a month or so. The oxy powder really helps with constipation and gas. I’ve done the colon cleanse a few times but I use it for maintenance as well.

I lost my first pregnancy due to toxin seating in my sister, I was pregnant with 4 babies, i struggled so much with bowel movement during this pregnancy, when I go to the hospital all they prescribed is miralax which was not working for me, I wish I knew about enema kits during that period, It would have helped alot during that period, but I didn’t know neither did my husband knows, cause it’s out first time, the problem continues after I lost the pregnancy at 21 weeks, my cratine was very high which means my kidney is not doing enough to remove the toxins in my system, so I came here on Amazon to find something to help my kidney, after reading reviews, I said to myself, when I say my stomach is stoburn for any laxative I mean it, but this medicine help me , I use it everyday, and I take 4 pieces of each and am glad I found something that works good for me.

I didn’t like the diarrhea that the product caused;i didn’t like the bloating,;i didn’t like the pain it caused in my stomachI didn’t like the return policy, and the fact that i can’t return it, although it was a big lie 😔

I am 37 struggling with constipation since I can remember. I eat mostly healthy and I work out, but still…. I had bee taking Oxy powder once a week for the last three years with fair results, some times better than others. I have tried multiple probiotics before with no results at all. After reading some reviews I decided to give a try to the Oxy powder combined with the Latero Flora and I have to admit this is really good. I am more regular than normal and when I take my Oxy powder once a week I really get my colon cleanse. It makes me feel good, more energy and better sleep. Even if other expensive probiotics brands have not worked for you, this one might be it.
