Description
Sarsaparilla (Smilax Medica) is a brambled, woody vine that grows up to 50 m long, with paired tendrils for climbing (often high into the rainforest canopy). It produces small flowers and black, blue, or red berry-like fruits, which are eaten greedily by birds. Smilax, a member of the lily family, is native to tropical and temperate parts of the world and comprises about 350 species worldwide. It is native to South America, Jamaica, the Caribbean, Mexico, Honduras, and the West Indies.

Directions
Shake well before use. Take 20-30 drops, three times a day or as directed by your practitioner. The best way to use liquid herbal glycerites is to put the suggested amount in a glass of water, tea, or juice and drink the entire contents. Glycerites can also be administered directly into the mouth without the assistance of water however some glycerites are unpalatable which is why most people prefer to dilute them into a beverage.

My son has had exema since he was a toddler he is now 25. The dermatologist gave him steroid cream it didn’t work well. He’s used the sasparilla and it has completely healed. Unbelievable how homeopathic treatments work. I wish I would have known about this sooner it would have saved my son from numerous Dr apptmts.

I have a spot on my leg that is “torn” apart from psoriasis, within the first week of using my spot was almost healed. The only downfall is needing to keep it refrigerated but soothes the itching and heals damaged skin quick. It doesn’t hurt or burn using it, not the best smell but not bad at all really. I bought another root extract and this one is by far my favorite. It has been a lifesaver to my skin

Bought this because I was interested in trying an all- natural diuretic supplement. Followed the label instructions and didn’t even need to put much, it really works well and helped me to pee out a lot of extra water retention that I’ve been dealing with. However, unlike more chemical diuretics this one won’t make you spasm or give you a whanging headache either, so I’m happy that I can take it as often as I like, anytime! It’s so easy to drop some into tea ‘cus it barely has any taste, but now I wonder if it’ll taste good with soda water haha ;?

I bought this for use in making all natural authentic root beer which was originally made with sarsaparilla and sassafras extracts, and a few other natural flavorings.This tastes great on its own in water with a little sweetener. Combined with sassafras, sweetener, and soda water, wow, so delicious! Love it.The health benefits are an added bonus.
