This is simply the best multivitamin I’ve EVER used! I’ve tried so many other “One a Day Wonders”, or the “Take these 4-6 Big Smelly Pills per day” types, and MDR simply blows those away. There is sheer brilliance in the formula and in the delievery method (2 tablets per day vs. 1). Moreover, these vitamins are something I really “feel” from an energy ane wellbeing standpoint. My energy is better, my skin more vibrant and clearer, my hair more lustrous, and my workouts better than ever! I love MDR and I plan on using these for years to come! Vitamins “AM/PM Style” are the greatest!

Excellent twice a day vitamin and mineral supplement. Designed to provide what is needed in the morning (the AM tablet) and in the evening (the PM tablet).Please note the product is in the form of tablets. The tablets are slightly larger than the vitamin tablets most commonly seen, but they are not so large that they present a problem in swallowing. I found them to be well-tolerated and they didn’t cause acid reflux response.I have noticed that the product is not always available on Amazon, so it’s worth noting that trend.
