I’m going to be honest…I will probably never put a beef liver on my dinner plate and scarf it down like a steak. HOWEVER, these are simple!! Four supplements a day for so many wonderful benefits! I have seen influencers cut beef liver up, freeze it, and then swallow it….I’m going to be honest (again)…I am not going to do that, either. That’s a lot of time – it seems messy…and after I worked with the liver, I don’t think I would ever want to swallow it. Once again, this supplement comes to the rescue. Great beef! Family-owned, NO hormones, NO pesticide, and GMO-Free!! That is a winner, winner! I absolutely love this supplement, and I guess I’m a lifer until I decide that organ meat looks amazing on the dinner menu (which isn’t ever going to happen).

I’ve been using MK Supplements grass fed beef liver for over a month now (4 caps/day) and if there’s one thing I’ve certainly notice improve while using this supplement, it’s my energy! I take the 4 caps either in the morning or afternoon, and I’ve noticed that I don’t feel as fatigued. I love that this company is family-owned and they really do care about quality and consistency. I started on the AIP diet about a year ago and starting to work my way down the list off what you should/shouldn’t eat. I have MS for twenty years.Giving up gluten, dairy, sweets was easy but I was finding it impossible tool get behind eating organ meats daily.I really like the ideas off taking pills add have been doing it daily for about as month. I admit due to swallowing problems I take with applesauce; another MS problem.Haven’t seen some of the positives I heard, but haven’t had any negatives. I put the pills in freezer. Like the glass container.Love the MK small business, his blog, Facebook videos, and want to support my health. Ingredients are top notch.I am all in.

My iron in my blood was getting a bit low and my doctor prescribed me Iron. Boy did that mess with my stomach. I remembered that back in my early years of powerlifting I took Desiccated Liver tablets. I did some research and decided to try this brand of beef liver capsules. I am on my 2nd bottle and my iron has steadily gone up. I take them and dropped the multi vitamins from by supplements. I feel great.
