While I have no way to prove it I feel very confident that my overall good health is the result of using this product in tandem with several other products that I’ve been using to boost my immune system. I’ve had several symptoms from itchy throat to sneezing etc and read about zinc helping with that and boy has it helped. My symptoms were really really bad by the way. I run out and bought a different kind of zinc from a different company and I noticed the difference . Anyway I’m back to purchasing only from this company

Some people believe Zinc Picolinate may help in preventing illness or making an illness less severe. It’s important to know there are side effects if you consume high doses. 30 mg is a bit higher than I wanted, but it is in the safe range. Don’t take more than one per day.
