The multi-viatimin wafers are tasty and easy to use. They are not meant to be swallowed whole, I personally suck on them rather than chew them, but that certainly can be easily done.

Since I used the other exotic berry flavor last time, I was not sure if I would like the pineapple taste. It is actually very good and the ingredients are the same as the exotic berry that was not available at the time I purchased this. I try to get all my vitamins from food, but take this for the extra. I wish it had a higher calcium amount, but I take something else to supplement the calcium that we women need more of. My friend’s husband used this brand, so I trusted he knew what is best because he is a vegetarian and careful about what goes into his body. The ingredients are better than most.

Not sure about the quality of it but the taste is absolutely disgusting. I’m tossing them and buying something else. I can’t even take them to finish off the bottle. If a** had a flavor, this would be it.

Surprised no one has mentioned that this will turn your urine a bright lemonade color! Lol maybe because urine is already yellow, but I tend to drink a lot of water and my urine is usually almost clear. Could not figure out what was going on! It took me a few days to figure it out, I didn’t take them for a day was back to its regular color. Wonder if IIm peeing all of the nutrients out, what good are they?

I originally was told to get these by the local health foods clerk when I asked for a chewable without chromium, since chromium makes me so hyperactive I could literally climb the walls with my fingernails. The package has just recently changed but is the same product. I have taken these for over 10 years and occasionally take others for only a day or 2 to stretch these out because of cost. I have not had a cold in almost 10 years. When I feel a little tickle in my throat I add Vitamin C to my regimen for a few days. I am 67 years old and have been very satisfied with them.

Very disappointed. The chewable multi I was taking for years (from Country Life) is suddenly unavailable, so these looked like the closest substitute. Compared to my old ones, these are much less potent and the tablets are a little smaller. No problem there. The problem is the taste. This is definitely the worse tasting multi I’ve ever tried. I will be trying something different next time.
