Ingredients
Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), Thiamin (vitamin B1) (as thiamine HCI), Riboflavin (vitamin B2), Niacin (as niacinamide), Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCI), Folate (as calcium-L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) (L-methylfolate), Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin), Biotin, Pantothenic Acid (as calcium pantothenate), Choline (as bitartrate), Calcium (as amino acid chelate/complex), Magnesium (as amino acid chelate/complex), Zinc (as amino acid chelate/complex), Inositol, Valerian (Valeriana officinalis root), PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid), Chamomile (Matricaria recutita flower). Other ingredients: calcium carbonate, microcrystalline cellulose, di-calcium phosphate, stearic acid, magnesium oxide, zinc sulfate, magnesium stearate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, silica, rose hips (Rosa canina fruit), isolated soy protein, rice husk and pharmaceutical glaze.
Directions

These vitamins have helped me so much! I started talking them over a year ago a month into nursing school. I was 43 at the time and I can stress about anything. You couldn’t even touch my shoulders because they hurt so much. I started the Mega Stress B complex and with in 2 weeks I noticed a huge change. My blood pressure went down, my shoulders stopped hurting and I didn’t get overly stressed by test time. I also started Flax seed oil for my omega 3 complex. I knew about Mega stress because I used them 20 years ago before I found that I had Hodgkin’s disease. One of my signs was itching and it was 24/7 itching. I thought the reason was stress and these vitamins helped relieved the itching that plagued me. I feel that I am a waling commercial for these vitamins!

I love the Mega Stress formula. It has extra B vitamins that I need. It has helped with my Carpal Tunnel tremendously.A friend of mine recommended taking high doses of vit. B for it, and well, she was absolutely right. Give this time thoughto help. It may take a bottle or 2, but you will notice that you are much better. Also, since vit. B tends to only stay in yourbody about 2 hours, the time release is the way to go.

no after taste. I have used mega stress tabs for over 30 yrs. and tried many brands. These I find has no after taste like others. I have used this brand for 9 yrs. now and my doctor wants me to stay on them. They help the nervice system which helps your metablelsium . I can tell if I don’t take them for awhile the difference. I was so glad Amazon had them for not a lot of stores sells them.

Almost choked on this product. Pills are to large to swallow, dangerous, and there a no return policy. Very disappointed.
