We use Oil of Oregano both topically and orally. It’s great on bug bites, just pop the pill with a needle and squirt. Takes the sting or itch away immediately.We also notice the mosquito’s don’t seem to like the smell and leave you alone, however not using it as a repellent. We mainly use it for our respiratory system. We have a lot of Vog from the volcano at times in Hawai’i, when it does come our way (a few times a year) it can be rough on your lungs, eyes and nose. We find if we take the Oregano we have less reaction to the bad air and can go about our business. Oregano Oil is also essential for plane trips, keeps the cabin-cooties to a minimum.We have used many other brands of Oil of Oregano, we find this to be the most potent and pure with less stomach upset than most. To completely eliminate stomach upset or aftertaste always take right before eating. Never on an empty stomach. This is a high quality Oregano oil, you can’t beat the 250mg per pill dosage either.

I take a regular oregano pill daily but came down with bronchitis and need a stronger dose. I consulted a homeopathic page and I needed 250 mg. After 3 days my bronchitis was gone. I will be using this dose for all my lung issues from this point on. This company seems to make a great product and will continue to buy from them.

So I just got these a few days ago, never before having tried/taken oregano oil. Read it was antiviral, good for the lungs etc etc.Lately my breathing has been….i wouldn’t say labored or that I am struggling, but it’s been off. The past 6 months or so, it’s just not been fully there, and as a smoker that is naturally concerning.I can literally feel a difference after the better half of a week. It’s wild. I will say it did make me feel a bit trippy, not totally full on rave party but a little wierd so I am going to be taking it at night so it does not disrupt my routine.

I haven’t been sick since I started this a year & 1/2 ago. Before that I got every germ floating by. coughs, colds and general feeling of malaise were almost normal for me. I started this in January of 2017 and take 2 a day if I expect to be in contact with people, parties, clubs,supermarkets etc. I’m on my 2nd or 3rd bottle. Will not give it up. My family loves oregano oil. It helps with everything! Joint pain, preventing colds or cutting them short. Easing menstrual pain in my teen and calming menopausal symptoms in my mother. My younger children happily request it anytime someone at school is sick so they don’t catch their cold. It’s easy to swallow. The flavor is not to overwhelming. There are oregano burps but it’s not bad.

No problems,I found it hard an time consuming to get the oil an do the drops myself as I have been doin,but these gel caps seem to b doing as good..I jus like knowing what iam using,I could taste an feel the burn with the drops,so far with gelcaps no taste or burn and no problems with my lungs,the reason I started with oregano oil.

I believe this got rid of my perioral dermatitis. It is a great product, and I would tell anyone with dry skin issues to try. I think it helped with my digestion which is linked to many skin problems.
