I use this product as an endurance athlete to reduce inflammation. I can’t say that it has completely eliminated inflammation but I have noticed a decrease in pain or tension in certain areas that tend to act up for me. You have to stay consistent with taking the supplement to see results. I really appreciate the clean ingredients of this product by the trusted brand name.

I switched to this from another product because a friend recommended it. She claims she can feel a complete difference but I didn’t notice anything in 3 weeks time of taking it every night. I switch to a product with a higher dosage. I think it might just be person dependent and what your body is accustomed to already.

Haven’t noticed a change. Thought in all fairness, I’ve only taken it for a week. That aside I thought I was paying $30+per bottle for a 30 day supply. When it arrive I discovered each bottle was only a 24 day supply. I feel the price is a bit much for only a 24 day supply. Won’t be purchasing again.
