I’ve tried to take Omega 3 supplements before but couldn’t bear the fishy aftertaste. But I have been having a lot of joint and muscle aches and my nutritionist recommended this brand. It has really helped and no fishy aftertaste!Also just to make sure I was paying what I should, I compared the price per EPA and DHA per gram compared to Sports Research, Viva Naturals, and Dr Tobias and Omapure came out as the best value.

I like that this fish oil is pharmaceutical grade and lab tested so it’s free of heavy metals. It doesn’t give the fish smell like other brands.

This product is good and lab tests are passing. But this form isn’t as bio available as the triglyceride form. So to make this much more beneficial, take with a fatty meal like with eggs or avocados. According to studies it is absorbed a lot more with a fatty meal containing triglycerides. Don’t just take my word for it, look it up. Certifications by nutrasource website. Search for Omega-3 supplements. Each lot is tested so you can see the results and the oxidized amounts. Any amount under 10 is good, 6 or less is even better. Store them in the fridge after opening, they will last much longer. Not a doctor, just my research.

I’ve been a personal trainer for over 15 years. During this time, I never really found the right fish oil brand for my clients – until I found Omapure. I’ve been recommending Omapure to my clients because it has a lot more EPA and DHA than the other brands I used to take. Also I love that it doesn’t taste smelly or fishy. I only take two a day but it still gives me an extra boost for energy.

I’ve been taking Omapure fish oil capsules for about 3 years now. I found this brand through researching fish oils and originally purchased direct from Vitoria, but love the convenience of ordering through Amazon. I work in the pharmaceutical industry and quality is very important to me. In my opinion, this is the highest quality Omega-3 product you can get without a prescription. My husband’s doctor recommended he take fish oil as he has high cholesterol and triglycerides (he doesn’t want to take statins). While my cholesterol levels have been in the normal range, my HDL was low. Since taking Omapure, my HDL level has been on the upper end of normal – which has protective benefits for heart health. Since my cholesterol level is good, I take 1/2 the dose recommended on the bottle (2 capsules, instead of 4). Just had my annual blood work done a few days ago, and my levels (non-fasting) for LDL, triglycerides, HDL, and cholesterol were 84, 45, 67, and 160, respectively (normal range
