If I’m feeling under the weather or need to maintain, these are my go to vitamins. It says take 2-3 daily. 1 is fine for maintenance, 2 is all I really need to kick something before it really gets started. Love these! Worth the price!

Absolutely love this! I travel all over the world and I use this every single day. The pill is quite large and my be hard to swallow for some. It also contains garlic so if it sits in your mouth for a minute before you swallow its spicy! But very effective! I never get sick!
