Although I don’t take these on a regular basis, I did find that if I were particularly anxious or upset, they certainly worked to calm me down without making me feel drowsy or anything. As I know there are many benefits to mushrooms (and I love the fact that they include so many medicinal kinds in these capsules) I will try to get in the habit of taking them more often. I’ve never been good at taking any vitamins/mineral supplements regularly so that is always a bit of a struggle. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this brand.

Anxiety gone
I started waking up with anxiety, I’m 52 so hormonal, so started taking these 3x a day then one day I realized no anxiety! I’d guess after a week of taking them as a I can’t remember exactly what day I felt normal! Great product so far. Almost done first bottle and I set up auto delivery since I’ve been anxiety free.

If you have thyroid issues.. be careful.. this stuff put me in emerg.. my heart almost exploded.. the lionsmane of this brand is AMAZING! I tried the 360 stress bottle.. for stress… lol just be careful
