First, thanks for not using a giant bottle to hold 30 supplements. Drives me crazy when you get a bottle and it’s 1/3 full!I have been struggle with some depression (yay life), and lack of energy. It’s been two days and I already feel better energy wise (no I’m not promoting this fixes depression). I just noticed some of my symptoms improve and help me with lack of energy including vitamin d. There’s zero fish smell or taste. I’ve gone through so many because I swore even my hands felt like they smelled from vitamins. Now this is a high dose, know your body and ask a doctor because not everyone needs a high dose it may react differently for some. Decent size, but if you have trouble swallowing pills these are maybe a medium size so prepare for that. For me they’re easy to swallow. (Or take them with chocolate milk if you can! It’ll coat it). I did notice I was able to sleep better slightly as well. I workout often and eat as healthy as I can, but still need some supplements for certain reasons. Also, I have only noticed a minor side effect of feeling a lightly elevated heart rate, but I am an anxious person, and that could be a side effect of more energy too. . Great price especially when on sale.

I’ve been taking these for approximately a month now, once a day in the morning. I’ve added this to my routine only because I figure I could benefit from the omega 3. I don’t have any joint pain so I haven’t noticed any change by adding this supplement. However, I am hoping that it might help with my overall health. They are a big pill, but it goes down easy enough. No fishy burps or indigestion to speak of. So I will continue to buy these. I’ve already subscribed to a monthly refill.

The capsule is so easy to swallow others I feel like it gets stuck in my Thorat, or I want to gag but this one goes down smoothly. The taste is fine cant taste anything it’s not fishy at all the capsule itself has no weird flavor or after taste. Since the capsule is thin it doesn’t get stuck in your throat after you swallow. Overall no complains hands down best fish oil I have tried so far.

I ordered these fish oil pills because I do not like to eat fish, but I’m doing all the things to prevent dementia. I love that I only have to take one pill a day and I found them to be easy to take. They don’t leave any aftertaste or make me burp. While they are high-dose, I have not experienced any negative side effects. I feel just fine when I take these. In fact, I just ordered my second bottle.

I have taken these daily for 3 years. I have never burped a fishy taste and they don’t have a fishy flavor when taking. I just keep them in my nightstand/ pill organizer. Very high quality fish oil. Worth the price if you’re not wanting to burp the fishy taste.

Coming from someone who hates taking pills, this fish oil is surprisingly easy to take.The capsules do not taste like anything at all, go down easy, and I have not experienced any burps like some people report when taking fish oil.Since I don’t eat seafood, I thought this would be a great alternative to getting my omegas.I’ve also read that taking fish oil can prevent muscle mass loss and bodybuilders often take fish oil as part of their supplements- When I didn’t go to the gym for two weeks (which I would’ve usually beaten myself up over) I actually came back feeling great and I was able to retain muscle mass. I was taking fish oil the entire time I took a break and I feel like this helped in a way. I’ll continue to take this and track how I feel, but my training has been great lately, so that’s a huge plus!

I am happy to find something with no after burps! Big plus! However every morning I think to myself is someone around in case this gets lodged! I have been struggling with slow swallowing at times. I am 42 and am definitely use to large vitamins but this is by far the biggest one I have ever taken. I’d feel more comfortable taking 2 smaller ones. So is size is ever an issue, these are not for you. However if not an issue, I have felt great since taking them and they do not leave me with the fish burps!
