These work as promised. I love that this is a natural alternative. I have no side effects from this. The tablets are easy to swallow and have no after taste or herb burps.

It contains lactose for some odd reason so I can’t use it. I wish they would have included that in the description.

These might help a bit, I do seem to feel calmer approx. 30 minutes after taking a couple, but it might also just be because I focus on being calmer. They are pretty expensive for what they are if they only work ok. I’ll continue to take them and see if I do notice that it is them working.
I Want This Bad –
This has been Working wonderfully for me. I take as directed and if I’m feeling anxious, I calm down and can focus on my day. I didn’t expect much from these but they truly do work. I’m getting more.
