I have been taking these for a few months now. I haven’t had any blood work done in order to tell if they are doing anything for me, I don’t notice anything different, so I don’t know if they are even being absorbed. While I take them every day, I’m also not putting a good diet into place yet, so they’ve got years of bad diets and damage to overcome. I will give an update as soon as I get everything into place.

Only problem is when I got the bottle and opened it up for the firs time, all the softgels were stuck to each other. Hopefully it was a one-off. Am ordering a second bottle now. But I had a heck of a time pulling them apart and some of capsules ruptured in the process of pulling them apart and got the messy red oil all over my hands.

Great vitamin E product. I purchase this to help with my hair loss and hot flashes and it has worked wonders. My thinning hair has filled in with a lot of new growth. I had read some research about tocotreniols and hair growth. I’m very happy with this product.

I just received the product and just tried it. It is easy to swallow, however, I’m not sure if it’s going to work yet. I am trying this to see if it will help with menopause hot flashes and sweating when I take caffeine which I need for basic energy, due to a disability. The reason for the low rating at the outset is because, not just this product, but so many products like it on the market will say in the information available that it is a certain number of IU or mg per serving and then you get the fine print and you see it takes more than one pill to equal a single serving. So if you look at this product, 60 softgels, and the advertised IU & mg “per serving” then you’re assuming that’s how many per pill, but it takes 2 pills to equal a “serving”. This is totally arbitrary and it’s a trick designed to confuse people trying to evaluate this product fairly. So you’re looking at the dollar value on a false basis compared similar products. If you don’t check the number of total pills, the number of pills it takes to equal one serving, the amount of active ingredient per serving, and then price, and do all of that math, you can’t very easily do a direct comparison to similar items on the market, and I think it’s purposefully highly misleading and very disingenuous to customers. You should be willing to compete fairly by very easily providing the information the customer needs to know to evaluate whether your product is worth the price you’re asking, without purposely trying to mislead customers. It seems the world is fraught with dishonesty & no integrity, but I reject that with a passion.If the company commits to providing the info per pill, that one pill is one serving, and I find that the product works for me, I will revise my rating.

I chose this Vitamin E after reading positive reviews, it came in a nice and clean Package with a extended expiration date, pills are small beautiful color and very easy to swallow plus no flavor.
