Using product for two years now! Had serious stenosis. Now pain free! Use it every day, no need for anti inflammatory drugs. No side effects. Who knows what ever it might help! I have continued to use the product with determined regularity. The dose is I think the key to on going success in maintaining its anti-inflamatory value. I take two capsules in the morning and two later at night. Since I have not experienced any negative side effects I continue with this relatively high dose. No back pain, no stiffness in the morning and during the day, Am 85 and still play a respectable tennis game. Will it help to prevent other problems, cancer, heart issues, depression, altzheimers, who knows only controlled research will tell, But for me it appears to greatly improve my quality of life, Mike Merbaum

This is a great product! It works so well that I’d be concerned to try another brand because it might not work as well. I’ve been taking this brand of Turmeric for the last 6 months and I am completely off of Ibuprofen except for rare occasions. I have arthritis and my lumbar region is the worst. After taking Ibuprofen for years, my kidney function began to decline. I switched to Turmeric and am always amazed how well it works. It takes a few weeks to build up in your system but after that it works as well as if not better than Ibuprofen. I take 3 capsules before bed every night. And for the most part I am pain free! Highly Recommend!

Dr Recommended brand turmeric supplement seems to have a good amount of useful turmeric powder. At 120 capsules per container you’re getting a good amount for the price too. I was using another brand that I really like but for some reason they fell off the planet. I tried this brand and found it to be just as good. I wish the bottle advertised more legit certification labels but, with any of these supplements, they’re so under regulated that you have to take a blind leap of faith when taking them. Overall I’m pleased with the results I’ve been experiencing.

I was taking one of these each morning because I’ve read it might be good for me. When getting ready to re-order I read some reviews and saw one where a person said it helped his/her hip pain at night. It just so happened that I had developed hip pain while sleeping that was gradually getting worse and quite disruptive to my sleep. I was close to making a doctor’s appointment for it. Hoping against hope that the review might be on to something, I changed to taking them in the evening and increasing the dosage to 2 capsules. After about a week I got incredible relief from my hip pain at night (probably bursitis). I can tell they are working because if I forget to take them for a couple days the pain starts coming back. I was also having some pain in my shoulders (accumulated injuries over the years) and I believe they have reduced that pain also, even in the shoulder where my physical therapist thought I might need surgery. I’m so happy!

This Turmeric is the best curcumin supplement I’ve been able to find to date! At a total of 2250 mg’s of combined curcumin (the active ingredient)…it has the highest levels in both the turmeric root and the turmeric extract with ZERO fillers. Also, there is an added benefit of the organic Triphala powder where I found this little nugget of information on this wonderful ingredient:Triphala is very high in antioxidants. It’s touted for its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antiviral abilities, and it’s prescribed by Ayurvedic practitioners for a wide variety of ailments. These include strengthening the immune system, promoting oral health, and treating fatigue, gastric distress, pneumonia, cancer, and AIDS.

I’m eat fairly healthy and I try to stay in shape. As a elder person, I have joint pain with some inflammation and mild gout,thought I would tweak my diet with tumeric. Realizing it takes weeks and months to fully notice any results I waited to review. After a month, I honestly think there is an improvement with pain and less inflammation. This product was fairly priced and lives up to it’s high reating.

I have been taking this product for over a year now. I am not sure yet if my issues are improving greatly in terms of joint and other pain, but I am willing to continue, in order to give a fair assessment, because I believe the consumption of turmeric is important for my health. I had an issue with the capsule count in the bottle being less than it was supposed to be, and when I made Amazon aware of it, they immediately contacted me and issued me a replacement. I was pleasantly surprised at the attentiveness, efficiency, and kindness of the customer service representative who handled my case, and as a result, I will continue to shop on Amazon.
